Kolinsky Sable Brushes have gotten increasingly difficult to find. They are the absolute best for wet packing enamel, painting with Mason Stains, Sunshine Colors and all underglaze. As they have gotten more scarce they have sky rocketed in price. Mack and Merry-Lee went on a mission to find a source so that we could continue to offer them to you. The brushes we have always carried at Enamel Art Supply were made in Barcelona and they are up to $27 a piece. While this set is made in China, they are a very nice quality and we have tested them to make sure they perform well.

Bristles are made from Premium kolinsky sable hair, which makes these brushes hold a perfect point, possess plenty of elasticity, have a high capacity for holding color, and feature an expertly shaped tip with snap.
